As a qualified Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist with my own practice Tri-Sports Massage. I have worked for Premier League (now Championship) football team Portsmouth in the dressing room at home games (including Wembley FA Cup Final) ) for the last two years, and at the clubs training ground for rehab sessions. I also had the privilege of working with the Harlequins Rugby Super League team at their Roehampton training ground, and at away games, and I daily work with athletes of all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities.

I am the official Sports Therapist for the Kings Theatre Southsea, having worked with cast members from the Seven Brides for Seven Brothers musical, members of the Naked Truth cast including, Abi Titmus, and Trudie Goodwin, and cast members from the musical Rocky – including Dominic Tribuzi who played ‘Rocky’.
